Summary:
Join our team as a Maximo Application System Program Manager to lead the transition from a legacy Maximo platform to the latest Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This high-impact role oversees multiple modules—from Asset and Inventory to Work Order and Security—ensuring a seamless upgrade for a multi-service utility organization. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and drive delivery using your expertise in Maximo EAM, project leadership, and system integration. This primarily onsite position in Colorado Springs offers occasional hybrid flexibility. Ideal for experienced program managers with a deep understanding of Maximo and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Nice to have: PMP, PgMP, ISO 55001 or related (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in program management, specifically Maximo implementations and/or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, modules and how they are efficiently and effectively utilized at a four-service utility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel).
Position Location:
Primarily in person at a Colorado Springs Utilities site. A hybrid schedule may be approved when business needs allow for remote work. Travel will be at the expense of the employee.
Responsibilities:
In support of the Maximized Program Utilities is moving from a heavily customized out of support version of Maximo to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) the newest version of Maximo.
