Job Location : Frisco - TX
Job Tenure : 6+ Months
 
Descriptions- 
Responsibilities:

• Analyze actual business results vs forecast, budget, and prior year by brand, customer, and route to market and develop actionable insights 
• Create, improve, and maintain financial models and files to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of team capabilities 
• Collaborate with cross functional partners and other Finance team members to execute FFS strategies and gain alignment 
• Proactively manage trade spend to identify risks and opportunities 
• Prepare timely and accurate reports and presentations for Leadership Team meetings and Business Reviews 
• Actively contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan, Period Forecasts, and gap closure initiatives as well as heavily involved in the month end close process 
• Review customer contracts and recommend funding model revisions 
• Develop a detailed understanding of financial systems including SAP, TM1, and various business warehouse or BI cubes and to extract data and support the interpretation of periodic results 
• Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed
 
Experience/Education
o 2+ years of relevant work experience (financial analysis/forecasting/budgeting/modeling) required; experience in publicly traded Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred o Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
 
Technical Skills
o Advanced capabilities in Excel (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups), PowerPoint, and Outlook 
o Strong working knowledge of financial planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, Hyperion, TM1, Tableau, and/or Anaplan) Core Competencies 
o Expertise in retrieving, organizing, interpreting, and summarizing large data to support management in achieving strategic and operational goals 
o Passion to drive accurate and timely results with a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-moving operating environment 
o High proficiency to model business requirements and prepare "what-if" analyses 
o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  
o Ability to build strong relationships 
o Strong leadership to influence decisions and drive Finance initiatives 
o Desire to develop other team members and cross functional partners o Team player with the ability to work independently
