We are seeking an experienced Tour Coordinator (RN) to oversee and coordinate patient care activities during assigned shifts at a hospital facility. The role includes managing admissions, discharges, and transfers, collaborating with departments for smooth operations, conducting nursing rounds, and assisting in emergency care when needed. Candidates must have at least 3 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a Tour Coordinator or similar leadership capacity, and demonstrate skills in performance improvement, data analysis, and evidence-based practices.

Key Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN license (US jurisdiction)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Strong knowledge of patient care standards, HIPAA, EMTALA, and EHR systems

• Competency in cultural awareness and communication, especially with American Indian and Alaska Native communities

• Compliance with immunization and health screening requirements

• Basic IT skills and ability to document electronically
