Job Role : Client partner / Account Manager
Job Location : Down Town Dallas, TX - Onsite/Hybrid
Job Tenure : Full time
Buzzclan, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our downtown Dallas team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, cultivating, and managing client relationships at multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively plan, negotiate, and influence interactions and relationships with clients, their brokers/consultants, and internal team members.
Conduct professional and productive in-person meetings with clients.
Ensure the extension and renewal of existing Statement of Work (SOW) contracts with clients.
Build strong relationships with client managers to drive additional business opportunities.
Work closely with key business customers, stakeholders, external partners, and all groups within the organization.
Demonstrate financial accountability, including estimation and forecasting of developments.
Collaborate with Business Leads, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business Partners to ensure scheduling alignment for the delivery of components within the wider release schedule.
Interact with cross-functional teams within the organization to support client needs and manage expectations of IT and Business stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Engage in farming activities within the role to identify and develop additional business opportunities.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and relationships.
Experience working in both offshore and onsite models.
Strong background in various technologies, including cloud solutions, with substantial experience in the banking domain.
Thorough understanding of budgets, costing, and statement of work (SOW) contracts.
Familiarity with technology solutions and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
This is a full-time position based in our downtown Dallas, TX office. Hybrid work options may be available down the line.
