Staff Accountant

Summary:

Join our team as a Staff Accountant in a temporary-to-hire role, working onsite in Fort Worth, TX. You'll be responsible for bank reconciliations, treasury management, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy in month-end close activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with three years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree with one year of experience may be substituted. Business casual dress code, Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM). After one year, a hybrid schedule may be available. Perfect for detail-oriented professionals with expertise in financial analysis and process improvement.

 

Minimum Qualifications

A)      Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

B)      Defined Education: Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

C)      Preferences: Knowledge of advance computer systems and governmental accounting

D)      Substitutions: Master’s Degree and one (1) year experience

E)      Years’ Experience: Three (3) years

F)       Defined Experience: Bank reconciliations and treasury management
