About the Role:
BuzzClan is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated Business Development Professional with proven sales experience in any US state and commercial sectors to join our fully remote team. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, build lasting client partnerships, and contribute to BuzzClan’s ongoing expansion across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead new client acquisition and the expansion of our business across both state and commercial markets.

  • Identify, develop, and manage high-value relationships in state and commercial sectors.

  • Lead strategic initiatives including staff augmentation, RFP/RFQ responses, and SOW contracts.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Represent BuzzClan at client and industry events, with up to 15% travel required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven sales experience working with clients from any US state and commercial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation, technology solutions, and RFP/SOW processes.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • Tech-savvy, resourceful, and results-oriented approach to driving business growth.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently from any location within the US.
