This position is central to our strategic initiatives, focusing on the Financial Management System (FMS), Human Capital Management System (HCMS), and Supply Ontario Data Analytics Platform within our corporate applications portfolio.

Must Haves:
· 7-10 years' experience in business analysis within enterprise software implementations, with demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories, particularly in financial management systems, HR systems, or data analytics platforms
· 5+ years' experience supporting product management processes and agile methodologies, including process optimization, backlog management, and CI/CD practices, with proven ability to identify and implement efficiency improvement.
· Demonstrated expertise in conducting in-depth business process analysis, producing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
· Experience in the end-to-end process of managing and responding to RFP(B, S)s, including analyzing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission
