Join our team as a Senior Project Manager supporting healthcare transformation initiatives through Digital Health. This full-time, Canada-based remote role requires a PMP and PROSCI certification and deep experience managing complex software development and change management projects within the healthcare sector. You'll lead multi-site implementations, including staff scheduling systems, patient safety solutions, and physiological monitoring devices. Your responsibilities will span budgeting, business case development, agile delivery, and mentoring other project managers. Ideal candidates bring over a decade of experience in strategic project oversight and a strong understanding of organizational change, healthcare IT, and structured methodologies to drive successful, province-wide outcomes.
Project Description: Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Work Location: Services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.
Full/Part Time: One Full Time Individual Resource

Skill and Experience:
1. 10 years’ experience in a senior project management role developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the projects that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example should be a project director role overseeing the work of other project managers and providing coaching and feedback.
2. 7 years’ experience as a project manager working on software development projects in the sector of healthcare. The response should include at least 3 examples, including the duration of the project or work, totaling at least 7 years. One example should include experience using Agile Project Management.
3. 5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as PROSCI to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the duration of the project or work, totaling at least 5 years, and specifying the methodology applied.
4. 3 years’ experience developing business cases with input from multiple sites, assessing cost and savings providing options and recommendations. The response should include at least 1 example, including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
5. 3 years’ experience managing the implementing of Staff Scheduling workforce management software projects. Experience should include Standardizing HR/payroll/scheduling reports. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the duration of the project or work, totaling at least 3 years.
6. 2 years of experience as a project manager working on projects relating to the implementation of a patient safety and critical incident reporting solution in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.
7. 1 year of experience as a project manager working on projects relating to physiological monitoring devices in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
