In this role, you'll serve as a liaison between business operations and technology solutions, focusing on Client Operations. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external clients, translating client needs into actionable solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, Business Ops, and Account Management teams.
Guide clients through the implementation process, addressing risks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Develop implementation plans and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Define functional requirements for system enhancements and data processes.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and Agile ceremonies.
Manage request queues, prioritize tasks, and liaise with stakeholders.
Conduct quantitative analysis using SQL.
Support IT governance and audit processes.
Maintain documentation of solutions, requirements, and processes.
Drive technical leadership and contribute to superior client solutions.
Oversee change management and release processes.
Undertake special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in agile scrum methodologies and Jira.
Strong technical skills in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
SQL proficiency for writing queries.
Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage customer relationships at all levels.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
